Standard Tune Up Services:

• Mobile Bike Inspection 1 Service is our most popular service.   It includes inspection of your bike, cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of your bike's main mechanical systems. This is the minimum you should do every year for your bike.
   

• Mobile Bike Performance Tune  is recommended if you like to ride regularly or it has been a while between bike services. 
  It goes beyond the basic service and you will definitely feel the difference.  Included in this service is a detailed cleaning of your bike. You may not recognize your bike when we're done, and that may be a good thing.

Like your car, every bike needs

to have periodic service,

usually referred to as a tune up

or overhaul in the bicycle

industry.  Tune ups generally

consist of adjusting settings to

factory specifications, cleaning,

lubricating and replacing critical

worn items.

Mobile Bike Inspection 1 Service:

        Basic check-out of your bike

        Light cleaning of bike

        Adjusting both front and rear gears (derailleurs)

        Tensioning shift cables, if necessary

        Adjusting brakes:

              Center brake pads

              Proper alignment checked

              Adjust pad clearance

        Tensioning brake cables, if necessary

        Lubricating derailleurs and chain

        Inflating tires

        Parts extra

        Both you and our technician will road test your bicycle 
        Mobile Bike Inspection 1

        Service Pricing:  $39.00   

Mobile Bike Performance Tune:

        Basic check-out of your bike

        Detailed cleaning and inspection of bike

        Adjusting headset and bottom bracket, if necessary               

        Truing wheels laterally as necessary to allow brake adjustment

        Adjusting front and rear gears (derailleurs):

            Limit switches: A,B & C

            Check alignment

            Set height

            Start and end position

            Over and under adjustment

            Cable settings

        Tensioning and trimming shift cables, if necessary

        Lubricating and inspecting shift cable

        Adjusting brakes:

            Center brake pads

            Proper alignment checked

            Adjust pad clearance

        Tensioning and trimming brake cables, if necessary

        Lubricating derailleurs, pivot points and chain

        Inflating tires

          Mobile Bike Performance Tune Up

          Service Pricing:  $59.00

Note: The pricing above is for our most popular service packages, we offer many other standard bicycle repairs and services at competitive prices. 

Custom Fit:

Fitting your bike to you so it is both comfortable and safe.

When done at the same time as one of the above packages, the price is only $20.00 (regular price $25.00).  Includes up to four individual adjustments; additional adjustments are $6.00 each.

Mobile Bike Pro 1 Overhaul:

We recommend that you get your bike overhauled every other year if you ride regularly; or, more often depending on your riding conditions.

Please call for pricing on a custom overhaul, as each bike is unique with regards to condition, recent maintenance and drive train and cable/housing conditions.                                                    

     Note:  Please be aware that the service package prices listed above are for labor only.  Your bike may need additional  parts to complete the job; such as, shift cables, brake pads, tubes, tires or gear housing.  There is an additional charge for parts and labor to install such parts.

If these parts are under $20.00 we will simply complete the service with your consent.  However, in instances where parts are over this amount,  it is our policy (whenever possible), to inform you of the approximate cost before any additional work is performed.
